What to do if I have a concern...
Come and talk to us!
Problems crop up all of the time in life and most things can be sorted by talking. It is the same with schools. If you are worried or concerned about something, please come and tell us. The best ways of doing this are:
* Pop into the office and ask Mrs Alexander or Mrs Des-Russieaux for some advice.
* Send an email to your child's class teacher through the school office on firstname.lastname@example.org
* Catch your child's class teacher after school. It's often tricky to speak in the morning but the end of the day is much easier.
* Book an appointment to see Mr Canavan or Mr Aguda if appropriate.
If you still have a concern and wish to make a complaint, do follow our Complaints Procedure found below.
