Opening Times

The School Day

Hatton Park welcomes children into the building at 8:45am when the school gates open.  The gates then close at 9:00am when the register is taken. Please do ensure that your child is at school on time as there are valuable learning opportunities set for before and during register time. If your child is late, please come to the front office where they will be signed in. Please remember that lateness is classed as an absence and will affect your child's attendance.  The school office will call if your child is absent without a reason.

The school day finishes at 3:30pm. This means the school day is 6.5 hours long per day or 32.5 hours long per week.

The Car Park

Over the years, Hatton Park has grown rapidly and it is no longer safe to allow moving cars on site during drop-off and pick-up times. The main school gates are closed from 8:30am until 9:00am and again from 3:15 until 3:45, once the children and their families have cleared the area. We are fortunate that most families live within walking distance of the school so please only drive if it is absolutely necessary. Wrap-around Care

We are fortunate to have our on-site Pre-School offer Breakfast and After School provision. Children can access Breakfast Club from 7:45am and After School Club until 6:00pm. We also offer a variety of before and after school clubs that children can also access.

Evening Clubs

There are also evening clubs that lease the school hall such as Jazzercise. The school site is therefore open until up to 9:00pm on some evenings.
